Role Summary

end-to-end delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead turnkey fit‑out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
8–15 years of experience managing
commercial or office interior fit‑out
projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
