Position: Fit Out Project Coordinator Location: Kochi, Kerela Department: Projects Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level About the Role About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with solid experience in producing accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for high-end furniture and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, be highly proficient in AutoCAD, and understand fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities •Develop comprehensive FF&E project plans with defined scopes, timelines, and budgets •Manage end-to-end procurement and supplier coordination •Liaise with interior designers, contractors, developers, and factory teams •Ensure timely and quality installation of FF&E as per design specifications •Conduct regular inspections and maintain adherence to quality standards •Manage all project documentation, reporting, and client correspondence •Ensure compliance with safety, building, and hospitality industry standards •Evaluate project success and lead continuous improvement initiatives •Prepare required documents and drawings and maintain all files for material delivery sites and prepare efficient work schedule. •Coordinate all incoming logistics planning with suppliers, as applicable. •Assist with shipping and receiving functions with order fulfilment and verifying material received against purchase order. •Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shop drawing preparation, preferably in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out Strong proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting tools is an advantage Minimum 3 successful FF&E project completions (references required) Excellent understanding of materials such as solid woods, any type of metal, veneers, laminates, and ironmongeries. Ability to read and interpret architectural, ID, IFC and engineering drawings to extent. Knowledge of design-oriented procurement and FF&E industry standards Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and team collaboration skills
