Responsible for delivery of multiple Infra Projects(MEP, HVAC, FFS, FAS, PA, CCTV, IT, Civil & Interior Office works, Fabrication etc); in all respects within the Timeline & Budget. 2. Micro level project planning, scheduling, monitoring & coordination with all internal & external stakeholders. 3. Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings and specifications. 4. Ensure proper Safety & Quality of execution works at sites. 5. Ensure documented handover of all completed facilities, complying HOTO signoff process. 6. Review, certify measurements & Signoff of vendors' bills. Ensure timely GRN, Submission of Provisions, Bills, and Closure of PO. 7. Value addition in Project cost & timeline management. Note: Should be conformable with frequent traveling and prolonged stay at Project sites as per business requirement.
