Job Description

Job Title: Senior Interior Designer - (Commercial / Fit-Out Projects) - Pune

Location:Pune

Experience:5-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.

Job Summary:

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare accurate2D drawings, detailedworking drawings, and construction documentation usingAutoCAD.
Create3D models, renderings, and visual presentations usingSketchUpor equivalent software.
Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor on-site design implementation, conduct site visits, and resolve technical design issues as needed.
PrepareBOQs, material specifications, and relevant design documentation.
Conduct client design presentations, manage revisions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, design quality, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of interior design principles, standards, materials, and finishes.
Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office(knowledge ofV-Ray/Enscapeis an advantage).
Excellent knowledge of detailing, materials, and interior construction processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple design projects independently and manage client expectations professionally.

Experience & Qualification:

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.
Qualification:Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
