Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple customer chats (live) from international clients (US/UK/Australia)
  • Provide real-time support for product/service-related queries, order status, billing, account setup, or technical issues
  • Troubleshoot problems or guide users using written communication, FAQs, and documented solutions
  • Maintain professionalism and tone consistency across all interactions
  • Accurately log all chat interactions and maintain customer records in CRM systems
  • Meet performance metrics like chat handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a

    B.Com, B.B.A, B.A

    , or

    any Postgraduate degree

    and

    experience in Customer Support
