Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with international customers via

    live chat and voice calls (inbound/outbound)

    .
  • Resolve queries related to product/service information, technical issues, billing, or order status.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all customer communications.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards.
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first contact resolution (FCR).
  • Collaborate with other departments for escalated or complex issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a

    B.Com, B.B.A, B.A

    , or

    any Postgraduate degree

    and

    experience in Customer Support
