Firmware Engineer

Job Summary

• Design and implementation of embedded firmware systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
• Develop motor control algorithm including Trapezoidal and FOC.
• Design and develop software system architecture for efficiency, stability and scalability.
• Integration, validation and testing of the developed product.
• Work with hardware design and testing teams to ensure seamless firmware integration.

Recommended skills

• Strong programming and algorithm development skills in embedded C, C++
• Proven experience with motor drives like BLDC, PMSM, IM, SRM from previous projects.
• Experience in embedded software IDE, C++,Communication Inter and Intra Protocols (RS485,UART,CAN),
• Hands on experience with microcontrollers, including STM and Renesas (AVR & ARM)
• Experience in hands on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
• Familiarity with software configuration management and troubleshooting tools
• Adequate knowledge of reading schematic and components datasheet
• Experience with power convertors is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience: minimum 2 years (2 position)
• Qualification:  Graduate or Post graduate in Electrical Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE),Or any equivalent engineering degree in relevant field
