🔧 Role Overview

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will lead our service engineers, manage daily service operations, resolve customer escalations, and ensure timely call closures. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and a passion for leadership.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Own customer issues from start to closure

✔ Handle escalations with speed and professionalism

✔ Lead, guide, and motivate service engineers

✔ Allocate service calls and monitor SLA & TAT

✔ Ensure accurate service reports, job sheets, and documentation

✔ Coordinate with CRM, logistics, and sales teams

✔ Track KPIs like call closure time, first-time fix rate & customer satisfaction

✔ Improve service processes, SOPs, and quality standards

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

🔹 3–7 years of experience in service coordination / field service team handling

🔹 Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

🔹 Technical knowledge of electronics / electrical / automation / IoT

🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools & reporting

🔹 Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi

🎓 Qualification:

Diploma / BE (EEE, ECE, Mechatronics preferred)

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
