We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales and business development of our fire-rated doors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fire protection industry, strong sales and leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet the company's sales objectives for fire-rated doors. • Identify and target potential customers, including architects, contractors, developers, and construction companies. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders. • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of fire-rated doors. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. • Create and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients. • Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with customers to close deals. • Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. • Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery and installation. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices. • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the construction or fire- rated door industry.
