Client Coordination: Act as the first point of contact between the client and the security team. Address client complaints or concerns and take corrective action promptly. Maintain professionalism and courteous conduct in all client interactions. 7. Training and Development: Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job training for new guards. Enforce company policies on discipline, grooming, and code of conduct. Identify underperforming guards and recommend refresher training or disciplinary action. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Age: 25 to 50 years (Relaxable for Ex-Servicemen). Height: Minimum 5’7” (170 cm) – may vary by siteclient requirement.
