Job Summary:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations at the factory level. The role ensures smooth functioning of office activities, supports compliance with factory regulations, manages vendor coordination, and assists HR and facility management processes.

Role & responsibilities

Maintain daily administrative operations at the factory premises.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance staff.
Handle attendance for staff and workers.
Ensure smooth functioning of utilities like water, electricity, and internet.
Manage procurement and inventory of office/factory supplies and stationery.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and AMC services.
Assist in organizing training sessions, safety drills, and compliance checks.
Managing transportation for staff and canteen management.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurance, and statutory documents.
Maintain proper filing of agreements, licenses, bills, and contracts.
Support audit teams during internal or external audits.
Monitor factory hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.
Prepare administrative reports and submit expense/budget details.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration or relevant field).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a factory or plant administration role.
Good knowledge of factory operations, statutory compliance, and administrative processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
