Assistant Manager / Manager - EHS

As a Safety Officer at our company, your role will involve overseeing safety implementation for ship repairs, housing colony, CPCL relocations, and labor colony. You will be responsible for performing yard safety inspections to ensure adherence to work practices and procedures. Your duties will also include investigating incidents/accidents, preparing reports, and conducting safety inspections for ship repair activities. Additionally, you will monitor the function of the fire crew, fire equipment, and conduct safety audits. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct yard safety inspections to observe work conditions and practices - Investigate all incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and circulate alerts - Perform safety inspections of ship repair activities, OCP, and HIRA - Monitor fire crew, fire equipment, and conduct safety audits - Regularly inspect ship lift, main receiving station, substation, housing colony, CPCL pipeline project, and labor colony - Implement work permit systems and vessel safety coordination committee - Promote EHS awareness programs for LTSB employees Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in safety implementation and inspections - Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols - Strong communication and reporting skills - Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections effectively In addition to the above responsibilities, you may be assigned other tasks as required.,
