Support the development and mentoring of SS Managers, ensuring continuous professional growth. Lead talent development initiatives across the cluster to build a high-performance SS team. Performance Monitoring Reporting. Conduct regular performance reviews of SS staff across all properties in the cluster, tracking key metrics such as incident response times, safety compliance rates, and customer satisfaction. Report regularly to the Area Head/Director of SS on the status of security operations.
2. Cluster-Wide Risk Assessment Mitigation.
Comprehensive Risk Assessments. Lead cluster-wide risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and risks specific to each property. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure regular updates to risk profiles for all properties. Incident Response Leadership. Act as the primary incident response leader for high-impact incidents affecting multiple properties. Develop and implement property-specific crisis management and business continuity plans, ensuring that the response is coordinated and efficient across the cluster.
3. Security Systems Technology Integration.
Deployment of Advanced Security Technology. Lead the integration of advanced security technology across properties in the cluster, ensuring systems such as access control, surveillance, and emergency communication tools are functioning optimally. Customize technological solutions to fit the unique layouts and security needs of each property. System Standardization Upgrades. Standardize security systems across properties to ensure consistency in operation and response. Identify opportunities for system upgrades and work with vendors and internal teams to implement advanced solutions.
4. Fire Life Safety Programs.
Cluster-Wide Fire Life Safety Management. Oversee the implementation of comprehensive fire and life safety programs across all properties in the cluster. Ensure each property complies with local regulations and IHCL standards, conducting regular drills and audits. Emergency Preparedness Training. Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, ensuring all properties conduct regular fire drills and evacuation exercises. Provide guidance to SS Managers on property-specific safety challenges and train staff in emergency response.

Ensuring Cluster Compliance. Ensure all properties within the cluster adhere to both local and international safety regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IHCLs standards for security and safety. Cluster-Level Incident Reporting Documentation. Oversee incident documentation and reporting processes across the cluster. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents to senior leadership, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements.
