Job Description

In the role of an SAC Manager Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial part in delivering SAC Solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include creating SAC models, acting as a SAC Solution architect, handling different data sets, uploading them into SAC, and having a good functional business understanding. You will also be involved in estimating project tasks, eliciting requirements from clients, designing the application, preparing design documentation, and conducting end user training. Key Responsibilities: - Have techno-functional expertise in creating SAC models and acting as a SAC Solution architect - Handle different data sets and upload them into SAC - Participate in teams to estimate project tasks and elicit requirements from clients - Design the application, complete design documentation, and conduct end user training - Possess good understanding of SAC focused on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning - Work effectively independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks laid by the team lead Qualification Required: - 10-14 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in SAC with exposure to a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations - 5+ years of experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply chain, or Financial Planning - Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies - Hands-on experience in MS Excel using advanced formulae - Strong expertise in multi-dimensional modeling - MBA in Finance or Business Operations and Supply chain is preferred In addition to the technical skills, you should have people skills such as effective communication with client teams, ability to manage internal teams and deliver internal solutions, and work in a Hybrid/From Office model. Your strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude will be essential in this role.
