Job Description

As an SAC Manager Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in delivering SAC Solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing techno-functional expertise to create SAC models, act as a SAC Solution architect, handle various data sets, and upload them into SAC with a solid understanding of functional business requirements. - Participating in project estimation, eliciting client requirements, designing applications, preparing design documentation, and providing end-user training. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of SAC, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning based on previous project experience to effectively communicate and meet client requirements. - Working both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project objectives under the guidance of the team lead. Qualifications required for this role include: - Having 10-14 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in SAC with exposure to at least 5 end-to-end implementations, focusing on Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management. - Possessing 5+ years of consulting experience in roles related to Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. - Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in MS Excel for developing Mock Ups for clients. - Holding an MBA in Finance or Business Operations and Supply Chain is preferred. In terms of technical skills, you should: - Have a minimum of 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of hands-on SAP SAC project experience, including implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. - Be proficient in creating Models, Stories, Digital Boardrooms, and Analytic Applications in SAP SAC, utilizing best practices for performance and usability. - Possess SAP SAC Master Certification and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills. - Showcase expertise in financial planning and analysis, advanced SAP SAC features, and integration with the broader SAP ecosystem. - Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Furthermore, your people skills will be crucial in this role: - Communicating effectively with client teams across various time zones and managing internal teams to deliver solutions. - Adapting to a Hybrid/From Office model and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
