Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP standards.
Manage client interactions, conduct review meetings, and drive key process improvements with onshore teams.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Track and manage team performance, deliverables, and SLAs while ensuring smooth operational workflow.
Collaborate with senior management to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Commerce graduate with 8–10 years of total experience, including 3–5 years in team and client management roles.
Hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and other accounting tools used for US processes.
Proven background in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Prior experience in BPO/Shared Services setups with exposure to US Accounting operations is a must.
