Detailed Project Scheduling Execution: Plan and track progress of corporate office fit-outs, ensuring seamless integration of MEP, civil, and finishing works within tight deadlines.On-Site Supervision Team Coordination: Lead daily site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring high standards in execution, safety, and workmanship across all trades.Execution of Civil Finishing Works: Supervise all on-site activities from excavation, RCC work, brickwork, and plastering to tile laying and painting ensuring adherence to approved drawings and timelines.Site Layout, Levelling Surveying: Conduct precise setting out and levelling of residential units using total station/auto level, ensuring dimensional accuracy as per architectural and structural plans.Consultant Stakeholder Coordination: Regularly coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, and RCC consultants to clarify drawings, resolve technical issues, and align on-site execution with design intentQuality Control Safety Management: Enforce quality standards for materials and workmanship, conduct routine inspections, and ensure compliance with residential building codes and site safety practices.Material Management Progress Reporting: Manage on-site materials efficiently, reduce wastage, and provide daily/weekly progress reports to senior engineers and project managersThis job is provided by Shine.com
