About the Role

Senior Finishes Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all

  civil finishing and interior fit-out activities

  including tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, partitions, etc.
• Review and coordinate

  interior designs, working drawings, and material specifications

  .
• Prepare and manage

  project schedules

  , ensure timely execution as per the master construction plan.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Lead

  budget planning, resource allocation, and material tracking

  to control costs and minimize wastage.
• Drive execution as per approved layouts and specifications while ensuring

  strict quality control

  standards.
• Implement safety protocols on-site and ensure all finishing works are carried out under safe conditions.
• Proactively identify execution risks or design conflicts and provide practical, timely solutions.
• Ensure seamless coordination between

  civil and MEP

  teams for integration of services during finishing stages.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and update project stakeholders regularly.

Required Experience & Skills

• B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering

  with a minimum of

  9 years of experience

  in handling high-rise residential or premium hotel projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern finishing materials and execution techniques.
• Proven ability to lead interior/exterior finishing activities across multiple floors.
• Hands-on experience in vendor and contractor management.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of

  project planning, quality control, safety, and timely delivery
