Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Lead the overall project execution for both greenfield and brownfield hospitality projects. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and interior works on-site. Ensure timely execution while maintaining brand standards and quality requirements. Interior & Fit-Out Management Supervise turnkey interior fit-out works including finishes, joinery, lighting, AV, and FF&E. Work closely with interior designers and hospitality brand teams for room mock-ups, material approvals, and final installations. Manage hotel-specific zones like lobbies, guest rooms, F&B outlets, spas, kitchens, and BOH areas. Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination Liaise with architects, consultants, PMCs, MEP specialists, and client representatives. Coordinate with hospitality operators (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG) for compliance with brand guidelines. Handle all approvals, inspections, and authority clearances. Team & Vendor Management Lead internal site teams, including civil, MEP, interior engineers, and supervisors. Select, negotiate, and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Oversee procurement schedules and ensure material delivery timelines. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, hospitality-specific details, and project specifications. Monitor HSE compliance across all trades and activities. Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and handover coordination. Renovation & Operational Interface (Brownfield Projects) Manage construction activities within live hotel environments with minimal disruption to operations. Coordinate temporary shutdowns, safety barricades, and work sequencing in occupied areas. Communicate and collaborate with hotel management for phasing and operational readiness. SUMMARY Tile Mason Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Ensuring the surface area to be tiled is clean and level. Applying mortar, cement, or adhesives for proper tile bonding. Tile Layout and Design: Measuring and marking surfaces for work layout. Cutting tiles to fit around obstacles and into irregular spaces using hand and power tools. Aligning tiles and patterns according to design specifications. Installation: Setting tiles in place and ensuring proper alignment and spacing. Tapping tiles into place to ensure adhesion and even surface. Using spacers for uniform grout lines. Grouting and Finishing: Applying grout between tiles and wiping off excess. Sealing surfaces, edges, and joints as necessary. Polishing and cleaning finished work. Material Handling: Selecting and mixing appropriate tile adhesive or mortar. Cutting and shaping tiles as needed for corners, curves, and other non-standard areas. Maintenance and Repair: Removing and replacing broken or damaged tiles. Re-grouting and resealing tiles to maintain surface integrity. Safety and Compliance: Following safety guidelines and wearing protective gear. Ensuring work complies with building codes and customer specifications. Customer Interaction (if applicable): Discussing project requirements and progress with clients or supervisors. Offering suggestions on tile selection, patterns, or layout. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in tile masonry.
