Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate interior finishing and fit-out projects for high-rise buildings, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Oversee the installation of false ceilings, gypsum walls, plaster finishes, and other interior works.
Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of interior fit-outs.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in interior finishing and fit-out management for high-rise buildings.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field (preferably).
Proven track record of successfully managing complex interior fitout projects from concept to completion.
