Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To send enquiries to vendor with necessary data like technical requirements, specifications, Tender requirement etc.,
Getting techno commercial offers, then getting site clearance from Planning / Design dept on the offers
Negotiations with manufacturers, Dealers etc.,
Getting budgets cross verified and bringing vendors less than our internal purchase cost
Finalizing vendors and put for further approvals as per matrix
Delivery of finalized po products to site on time in coordination with site stores
Punching of vendor invoices to accounts after receipt & Goods receipt note
Ensuring timely payments to vendor and closure of order
Bringing new vendors on Board
Vendor assessment quality/ Delivery Timelines / and credit lines
Factory inspections and practical in hand experiencing
Inspections at vendor godown surprise checks
Working with direct manufacturers instead of dealers.
