Site Supervisor Interiors & Construction

As a Site Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing interior and construction projects with strong leadership skills and hands-on site execution experience. You will be responsible for managing workers, subcontractors, materials, and timelines efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects. - Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. - Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. - Managing labor, materials, and site resources effectively. - Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to management. - Maintaining safety and compliance at the site. - Resolving on-site issues quickly and efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor in interiors & construction. - Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, and finishing. - Ability to read and understand drawings. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. - Willingness to travel to different project sites.
