WE ARE HIRING — INTERIOR DRAUGHTSMAN Location: Trivandrum Firm: RECO Architects RECO Architects is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Interior Draughtsman to support our growing interior design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in interior fit-out detailing , material quantification , and rendering workflows , with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience . Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and comprehensive interior fit-out drawings in accordance with design and execution standards Prepare material quantity estimates (BOQ) to assist in procurement and project planning Coordinate with designers, site teams, and vendors to ensure drawing precision and constructability Generate presentation-ready renderings and visual documentation using industry-standard software Ensure adherence to drawing standards, timelines, and documentation protocols Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an interior design or architectural practice Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , and basic rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) Strong understanding of materials, joinery, finishes, and execution detailing Ability to interpret design intent and translate concepts into working drawings Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related technical discipline How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their CV and portfolio to: recoarchitects@gmail.com Subject Line: Application – Interior Draughtsman Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
