1) Expertise in Hotel /Resort building construction and high end finishing work etc
2) Project Management, Co-ordination with clients and consultants, Planning, execution.
3) Expertise into interior work
4) Quantity estimation and budgeting
5) Preparation of work method statement.
6) Regular Supervisions of Work.
7) Project Planning and Scheduling of the work in progress, quality assurance through different routine tests
8) Preparation of work plan and Bar Chart.
9) Contractors/ Vendors work measurement and payment certification
10) Preparation of Mix design & Work Methodology.
11) Maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly Record & Report.
12) Responsible for forecasting of requirement of material and managing sub-contractor, Labour involve in various activities.
13) Estimation, Cost Analysis and budget preparation
14) Monitor day-to-day work progresses for a project and provides accurate weekly and monthly reports by communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.
The Candidates having experience into Project Management Consulting (PMC) will be preferred.
