Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a seasoned FP&A professional, you will play a crucial role in a leading financial services organization by working closely with the CFO and senior leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting function, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making, performance improvement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting using Power BI, ensuring alignment with RBI, IFRS, and Ind AS standards. - Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to support the organization's financial goals. - Build and maintain financial models to facilitate scenario planning and investment decisions. - Conduct thorough variance analysis, profitability assessments, and business performance reviews to identify key insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide data-driven strategic insights for informed decision-making. - Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across all planning and reporting activities to maintain integrity and transparency. Qualification Required: - Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA - Experience: 7-10 years in FP&A, preferably in NBFCs or captive finance arms - Proficiency in: - Power BI dashboards - Advanced financial modeling - Variance and trend analysis - In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, IFRS, and Ind AS - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations - Highly analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
