Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing and finalizing business plans, managing monthly P&L reporting, and delivering insightful profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role involves building complex financial models, implementing KPI dashboards, and collaborating across finance teams to enhance automation and reporting processes. Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and consolidate monthly operating plans for management review.

• Finalize monthly management Profit & Loss (P&L) reports at company, regional, and product levels.

• Generate profitability analysis reports and prepare management presentations.

• Develop and implement KPI dashboards focused on budget control, competitor benchmarking, working capital, and other key metrics.

• Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actuals versus budget, prior year, and last month.

• Build complex and automated financial models for scenario-based forecasting.

• Support finance teams in automating processes and enhancing reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in project and people management as well as report writing.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

• Mandatory experience with SAP financial systems.

• Experience with MS Access and Visual Basic (VB) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.

• Experience in data analytics tools like Python or R is a plus.
