Financial Planning Analyst

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst who is CA qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans - Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting to evaluate business performance - Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial trends and data - Collaborate with various departments to collect financial data and align planning efforts - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities with detailed financial analysis - Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership - Support ad hoc financial projects, cost optimization, and business case analysis Required Qualifications & Skills: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified - Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis - Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and reporting tools - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
