Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) position involves working closely with the TP Business Head and offering support to various TP business leaders, including Products and Regional Heads. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategic planning, and conducting monthly financial performance reviews. It is crucial to maintain the financial health of the TP business by overseeing audits and facilitating periodic reviews. You will collaborate with the Finance Insight Center shared service teams for analysis and support and interact with different business and accounting teams. The role will require presenting information to management at appropriate levels in a clear and concise manner. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning (15%) - Assisting leaders in proactive annual and quarterly planning to achieve revenue and profitability targets - Supporting regional and product leaders in their individual planning exercises as needed Accounting (30%) - Ensuring the implementation of business accounting processes across all centers/locations as per standard operating procedures - Generating meaningful Management Information System (MIS) reports periodically for reviews and decision-making Reviews (30%) - Collaborating with Business Leaders for periodic reviews of center business operations - Ensuring the availability of data and information in a user-friendly and automated format for all reviews Audits (25%) - Developing and conducting process audits for centers, both remotely and on-site Additionally, you will be accountable for continuously automating the above processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,
