Job Description

1. Reporting & Accuracy

Ensure error-free reporting across Salary Sheets, GL, Sales, Inventory, AR/AP, and P&L files.
Work with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to enhance reporting quality and commentary.

2. Stakeholder Communication

Share weekly sales updates with stakeholders.
Partner with Sales and Supply Chain for rolling sales forecasts (actuals, open orders, billing outlook).

3. Analysis & Audit Support

Perform expense and balance sheet variance analysis, highlighting unusual trends.
Support audits and raise red flags to management as needed.

4. Collaboration

Coordinate with overseas teams for data inputs and variance investigation.
Provide Sales/Marketing data requests within 36 hours.

5. Projects & Process Improvement

Support quarterly incentive calculations for the International Sales Team.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects.
Drive automation and process improvements in reporting.
