Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at Opkey, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and providing valuable insights to senior management. Collaborating with various teams, you will work towards enhancing financial processes, automating reporting, and driving operational efficiencies. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining financial models, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring rolling forecasts, conducting in-depth variance analysis, preparing financial reports, and identifying key performance indicators to track financial performance. Moreover, you will provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, evaluate new business opportunities, and partner with department heads to improve financial performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with 2-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting is essential, as well as proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and financial planning tools like SAP and Oracle EPM. Knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting principles will be beneficial, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in Workday/Adaptive, industry-specific knowledge, and relevant certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA.
