Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, your role involves performing various financial analysis tasks and supporting the decision-making process. You will work closely with local controllers to understand financial drivers, analyze performance trends, and propose value-added solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Analyzing business performance against budget and forecast - Benchmarking key performance indicators with internal and external peers - Conducting financial analysis for different scenarios and sensitivity analysis - Identifying root causes of overhead under/over absorption - Analyzing product and customer profitability - Tracking and analyzing capital expenditure budgets - Evaluating inventories, Net Working Capital (NWC), and cash flow - Supporting month-end closure activities for financial accuracy - Reviewing P&L and B/S reports and suggesting necessary corrections - Analyzing monthly data for MIS reports - Performing internal control activities and SOX audits - Comparing MIS data with benchmarks and providing comments - Assisting in financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Validating financial data accuracy through reconciliation and exception reviews In addition to your core responsibilities, you are expected to optimize your performance by developing automated solutions, standardizing processes, and adhering to controlling and planning KPIs.
