Role Overview: As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will also play a crucial role in financial analysis, reporting, business partnering, and providing strategic and commercial support to various teams within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports - Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights for improved decision-making - Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and investment evaluation - Analyze revenue, cost structures, margins, and profitability by product, customer, and region - Create and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-level presentations - Act as a finance business partner to Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams - Support pricing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and growth programs - Assist in M&A activities, expansions, and new business case development - Strengthen financial controls related to planning, forecasting, and reporting - Drive automation and process efficiencies within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred - Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations - Knowledge of best practices in financial controls, governance, and process improvement - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Please Note: The job also offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
