As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional at CTC, you will play a crucial role in detailed financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, risk assessment, process improvement, and automation. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Detailed Financial Analysis: You will be required to perform detailed financial analysis for large-scale projects, focusing on strategic oversight, which is a core function of FP&A. - Forecasting and Budgeting: Your tasks will involve developing and maintaining project-level forecasts, preparing variance analyses, and aligning closely with FP&A's role in budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking. - Risk Assessment and Recommendations: You will identify financial risks and opportunities and provide executive recommendations, highlighting your role in assessing risks and making informed decisions. - Process Improvement and Automation: Identifying opportunities for process automation, implementing best practices, and improving reporting accuracy will be key tasks to enhance operational efficiency. In addition to your FP&A responsibilities, you will also be involved in project management and cross-functional collaboration, including: - Project, Cost, and Budget Management: Integrating cost management with hands-on project and procurement oversight, emphasizing project management skills alongside FP&A expertise. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with procurement and PMO, as well as coordinating with construction partners, to ensure successful project outcomes through effective collaboration. - Emphasis on CapEx: Managing CapEx budgets will require your FP&A skills combined with project-specific expertise in construction and capital planning, distinguishing this role from traditional FP&A roles focused on operational expenditures.
