Experience: 4 year to 8 years

Job Location: Kolkata

Shift: 24*7

Domain Knowledge:

• Fundamentals Concepts of Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Variance analysis.
• Analytical Skill.
• Month-end / Quarter-end close activities and reconciliation
• Stakeholder Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain master data
• Preparation of the 5 Year Business Plan, Yearly Planning etc.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Forecast.
• Provide variance analysis of costs , revenue, Headcounts ect.
• Prepare Shareholder Reporting/ Dashboard/Packs.
• Produce other reporting.
• Adhoc activities as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA Finance.
• Min 5 years of experience in Planning and Forecasting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concept.
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel (Advance Excel Formulas)
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / S4HANA) preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
