Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Developing and managing financial models to support strategic decision-making - Analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights to senior management - Monitoring key performance indicators and updating department heads and stakeholders on financial performance - Supporting the development of financial strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization - Driving process improvements in financial planning and analysis for increased efficiency and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - CMA/CA Inter/CA qualification preferred, with a background in hospitals being an added advantage - 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights - Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools such as Excel and ERP systems - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - CMA/CA Inter/CA qualification preferred - 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
