Position description:

This profile is directly responsible for business generation, customer acquisition and customer servicingfor Deposit Products, Digital channels and Third Party Insurance products
The profile role includes cross-selling to existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers throughreferral and family banking
Offer and onboard customerson Savings Accounts and Term deposit products to customer, their family membersand their references. Offer and onboard customers on Digital platformsincluding Mobile banking, UPI and UPI QR
Deliver prompt customer services;beaccessible to customers at all times for Digital Banking and Deposit Productqueries.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business/ Financials Meet the set targets in SA in terms of open market acquisition Convert GL customers, family member and referrals for Family Banking in terms of opening Savings Accounts
