Financial Inclusion Officer

As a Financial Inclusion Officer (FIO), you will be responsible for promoting financial services to individuals who have limited access to traditional banking services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to increase financial literacy among underserved communities - Providing guidance and support to individuals seeking to open bank accounts or access other financial services - Collaborating with local organizations to host financial education workshops and events - Monitoring and evaluating the impact of financial inclusion initiatives in the community To qualify for this role, you must have: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 1 year experience in banking or financial services - Proficiency in Tamil language - Valid driving licence - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time If you are passionate about promoting financial inclusion and empowering underserved communities, we encourage you to apply for this Full-time position in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
