Financial Controller

You are a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of experience looking to take on the role of Financial Controller at our client's site in Bengaluru. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and adherence to tax regulations. Your primary focus will be on operational excellence and compliance, without direct management decision-making responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews of accounting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate month-end reporting packs in USD, following IFRS guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee the governance of the finance function, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices are maintained. To excel in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with a proven track record in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. You should possess strong knowledge of IFRS, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, and an excellent understanding of tax laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this position. You must be willing to work on-site at the client's location in Bengaluru and be comfortable working in a contractual role. Your high level of integrity, ethical conduct, and strong communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in fulfilling the requirements of this role.,
