Key Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. General Ledger Management, posting accruals and deferrals, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with finance team to develop and implement accounting policies. Provide financial analysis and advice to clients based on their financial data. Liaise with auditors during annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules. Monthly bank account and all general ledger reconciliations. Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting. Knowledge and Skills required : Knowledge of MS applications like Excel / Word. Need to be a good team player. Good knowledge in accounting software like Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho. About The Role We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of robust electronic systems for our autonomous marine vessels. As part of our dynamic startup journey, you will collaborate closely with our experienced engineers and the founding members of the company, who are alumni of IIT Kharagpur. This role offers hands-on experience in the design, development, and testing of embedded systems designed to work faultlessly without manual intervention for months. Key Responsibilities Engage in the planning, design, development, and testing of embedded systems for unmanned surface and underwater vessels. Write high quality drivers for sensors and actuators. Integration of key electronic subsystems like Power Management and Distribution Systems, Battery Management Systems, Leak Detection, and motor controllers with mechanical and software components. The role involves operating FDM printers (Bambu Labs, FlashForge) and resin printers (Formlabs) for prototyping and product development. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-precision printed parts in a fast-paced R&D environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain Bambu Labs , FlashForge , and Formlabs 3D printers (FDM and SLA). Prepare print files using slicing software such as Bambu Studio, FlashPrint, and PreForm. Execute full print workflow — bed leveling, print monitoring, support removal, and post-processing (resin wash & cure). About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive – Engineering Vendor Management to manage relationships and workflows with engineering vendors , particularly in the mechanical and electrical domains. This includes machine shops, fabrication vendors, PCB assembly houses, and wiring harness suppliers. You’ll work closely with engineering and inventory teams to ensure critical components are sourced, built, and delivered to meet tight technical and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with MSME vendors or in robotics/hardware companies , with a good grasp of technical requirements and field constraints.
