Role Overview:

One Stack Solutions is a fast-growing neobanking startup, building innovative financial solutions. We are looking for a Financial Controller who can take ownership of our finance function end-to-end. This role is critical in ensuring financial discipline, compliance, and strategic support as we scale. You’ll be both hands-on and strategic—balancing daily operations with long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and cash f low management tailored to a startup environment.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, and forecasts to support growth and fundraising.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements relevant to neobanking.

• Investor & Board Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership and investors, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

• Process & Controls: Establish scalable financial processes, internal controls, and policies suitable for a growing company.

• Taxation & Audit: Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.

• Strategic Finance: Partner with leadership on fundraising, capital allocation, and financial strategy. • Vendor & Partner Management: Handle payments, contracts, and financial negotiations with vendors, partners, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA.

• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in fintech, startups, fund management, or investment banking.

Skills:

o Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

o Experience with financial modelling, MIS, and investor reporting.

o Exposure to fund management or investment banking practices, with ability to translate insights into startup finance strategy.

o Ability to set up processes in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

o Proficiency in tools like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
