Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's finances, providing leadership and coordination in financial reporting, treasury management, accounting and compliance.
• Be a key part of the senior team, working closely with the senior leadership.
• Ensuring timely book closures and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including consolidation.
• Overseeing all accounting operations including Billing, Accountable / Receivables, GL entry, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
• Handling Treasury operations of the company.
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations with sound knowledge on IndAS/IFRS.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely preparation and smooth closure of financials. Smoothly complete statutory and internal audits.
• Ensuring statutory and tax compliances.
• Providing suitable recommendations for improving internal financial controls, efficiencies, and utilization of financial resources.
• Coordinating with other business heads to support Budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant.
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of IndAS, Taxation, financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Entrepreneurial and likes to take ownership.
• Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
• Knowledge in MS Office.
