Financial Controller

You will be responsible for conducting finance training sessions for finance professionals on ERP systems such as SAP and Business central. This includes developing training materials, delivering live demos, and collaborating with different teams to meet specific training needs. Additionally, you will provide real-time support to trainees, assess their progress, and offer feedback for improvement. In addition to training responsibilities, you will also be involved in financial closing processes and reporting activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies. Your role will also include documenting project progress, reporting status to senior management, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA/CA/CPA preferred. You must have at least 5-6 years of practical experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong knowledge of SAP, particularly the FI module and related AP/AR functionalities. Experience in conducting live system training and workshops is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid working environment are required. Possessing project management experience or certification (such as PMP) would be advantageous, as well as the ability to thrive in a globally diverse environment.
