About the Role

We are seeking a disciplined, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Financial Control Executive to oversee the complete financial management of the Firm, the Managing Director, CEO, and Family. This role goes beyond accounting—it involves financial planning, statutory compliance, reporting, and growth strategies, enabling informed decision-making and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control accounts and finance of the Firm, MD, CEO, and Family.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, MIS, and dashboards for decision-making.
• Manage personal and family investments, insurance, loans, and wealth portfolios.
• Ensure timely statutory compliances (GST, TDS, ITR, ROC, PF/ESI, etc.).
• Support the MD/CEO in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Identify opportunities for financial growth and optimization of money.
• Maintain the highest confidentiality, integrity, and discipline in financial matters.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software / MS-Excel / MIS reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and present reports for decision-making.
• Experience in personal finance, wealth management, and investment planning (preferred).
• High sense of ethics, confidentiality, and loyalty.
• Ability to work closely with leadership and align with long-term vision.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of proven experience in finance, accounts, and statutory compliance.
