We are seeking experienced and motivated Voice Process Executives to join our dynamic customer engagement team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently. Communicate financial solutions and product offerings clearly to customers. Maintain daily Zoom calls and meetings for team coordination and client interaction. Build rapport with customers and resolve queries with empathy and accuracy. Maintain accurate and detailed call records and follow-up logs. Meet targets and KPIs consistently. Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and support. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in voice process/customer service/calling. Education: Bachelor’s degree (UG Qualification is mandatory). Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory). Fluency in local languages [e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada – customize as per region]. Skills: Excellent verbal communication. Basic computer literacy. Confident in using Zoom and other video conferencing tools. Time management and multitasking abilities. Professional Demeanor: Should be proactive, customer-centric, and a team player. Preferred Qualifications: Background in financial services or BPO is an added advantage and sales personal loan processing. Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software.
