Job Summary:

Nibav Home Lifts is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in core finance functions including GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation (BRS), Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting using Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actuals, Forecasts
• Handle GST & TDS calculation, payment, and return filing
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Track and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) and maintain aging reports
• Reconcile vendor, customer, and intercompany accounts
• Create and maintain MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Use Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis
• Provide reports and presentations for internal financial reviews
• Ensure books of accounts are up-to-date and audit-ready

Requirements:

• B. Com – Mandatory
• CA Inter – Preferred
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, AR, and reconciliations
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and accounting software
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
