Job Description

Role: Financial Analyst (3-5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile

  • Ensure compliance with

    statutory requirements

  • Maintain

    financial records

    and process entries using

    Tally

  • Handle

    salary processing

    statutory deductions

    , and

    bank reconciliations

    .
  • Prepare

    Form 3CEB

    and support

    transfer pricing compliance

    .
  • Coordinate with

    CA

    for

    audits

    and

    returns

    .
  • Review

    contracts

    for

    financial risks

    and

    compliance

    .
  • Process

    reimbursements

    and prepare

    expense sheets

    .
  • Raise and manage

    client invoices

    ; maintain documentation on

    OneDrive

    .

Requirements:

  • MBA in Finance

    or B.com in fiance field.

  • 35 years of experience

    in

    finance, accounting, and compliance

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    TDS

    ,

    GST

    ,

    PF

    , and

    labor regulations

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Tally

    .

  • Detail-oriented

    with excellent

    analytical

    and

    communication skills
