Financial Analyst

Job Summary

• Lead the origination, structuring, sales and execution efforts
• Should have excellent understanding of Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Angel funding process
• Transactions for eventual placement with external investors (Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, HNIs, PE funds, VC funds etc.)
• Analyzing the Start-ups business models, Markets Dynamics, Financial statements, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit needs, valuation basis, SWOT, USPs etc
• Finalization of Project information memorandum and Pitch Deck, including assessment of credit requirement/ fund requirements.

· Approaching/Liaisoning with Investors/ banks/ financial institutions for arranging credit needs of clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should have ability to create deals across situations
• Developing pitches with financing solutions
• Scoping and scanning the market for origination of deals across specific locations and client profile
• Working independently
• To handle the entire gamut of origination of transactions, pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation, security coverage, due diligence, and negotiation thereof with the intermediaries, clients & Investors.
• Managing relationships with clients, investors, banks & various FIs and ensuring productive interaction with key officials across hierarchy levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience: 1-3 years in finance field (Preferred)

Education: MBA, CA Inter (Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)

Required travel: 100% (Preferred)
