In this on-site, entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in supporting core Admin functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and internal events. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems * Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment confirmations * Track and report employee attendance, leave, and other relevant HR data * Post job openings and coordinate interview logistics * Communicate with candidates and assist throughout the hiring process * Support onboarding by preparing welcome kits and coordinating orientation sessions * Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and escalate when necessary * Help organize internal HR initiatives such as onboarding sessions, compliance trainings, and employee engagement events * Schedule meetings, manage HR calendars, and coordinate logistics for interviews and training sessions * Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related materials What We’re Looking For * Degree in any subject. * Up to 6 months of experience in administrative support. Interns are also preferred. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. * A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
