Financial Analyst

The role involves assisting the wider team in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities in Nordic countries, with a general focus across all major real estate sectors (office, residential, retail, and industrial), developing real estate investment analysis and financial information in the form financial models and assisting in Asset management

activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models in MS Excel to analyse real estate investment opportunities
• Conduct research on property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis of broader work streams
• Assist asset/portfolio managers in the selection, evaluation and monitoring of investments
• Prepare quantitative analysis of asset business plans
• Assist internal team in research activities and related data structuring

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate / corporate finance/ capital markets with professional qualifications such as MBA, CA, CFA (Inter/Level I)
• Extensive working knowledge of MS Excel with good exposure towards MS Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills; experience in compiling data and financial information; familiarity using MS Excel models
• Should display a high degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
• Team player who enjoys a high-performance culture; open to and comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities and new challenges
