Position- Financial Analyst- Accounts Payable

Responsibilities-

• Review and verify invoices.
• Enter invoices in Oracle & validate for US & Canada locations.
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
• Sort, code, and match invoices
• Prepare a query log of the processing done on a daily basis.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Enter and upload invoices into the system.
• Prepare and perform check runs.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Produce monthly reports.
• Assist with the month-end closing.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate historical records.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
• Collaborate with onshore team partners.
• Ensuring process SLAs & TAT are met.

Qualifications

• B. Com Graduate with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Related experience in a multi-unit corporate organization with global exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
• Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Good communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Work in US shift timings
